Targets
In the agile project management seminar, participants learn more about the roles of the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developer, partly through group work. In addition, important basics relating to the artifacts are covered — the product backlog, sprint backlog, and increment.
Sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, definition of done, sprint review, and sprint retrospective provide the necessary agility in project work.
Finally, participants deepen what they have learned and see how it is applied in practice by carrying out a practical project.
