Targets
The aim of the seminar is to master the theoretical fundamentals and to have a set of tools at hand that can provide support even in difficult situations. A large number of workshop elements and exercises, practical case studies, and examples provided by the participants are integrated into the training. Marcus Hartmann
Marcus Hartmann is a member of the Executive Board of X‑impuls and is particularly responsible for developing the management consulting division and the associated personnel development. His work as a large-scale project manager and program manager is based on more than 20 years of industry experience in the utilities sector, telecommunications, and financial services. He is also a certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Product Owner, enabling him to work in both traditional and agile environments. Extensive expertise in process and specialist consulting rounds off his profile.
